Installation

Dealer to provide a professional on site installation.
Dealer will be responsible to configure all ISP equipment.
Dealer will be responsible to configure all SIP equipment.
Dealer must have staff that can go to the customer site if hands-on work is necessary.

Programming

Dealer will be responsible for all adds, moves & changes.
Dealer will be responsible for completing all standard initial setups in NoContractVoIP back office interface.

Dealer Provided Equipment

Commission on dealer provided equipment will be 90% of billed amount, excluding tax.
Dealer will be responsible for warranty and maintenance on all dealer provided equipment.

NoContractVoIP Provided Equipment

Commission on equipment provided by NoContractVoIP will be 25% of billed amount, excluding tax.
Dealer will be responsible for maintenance labor on all NoContractVoIP provided equipment.
NoContractVoIP will provide replacement equipment on any failures of the equipment we provided.

Commissions On Recurring NoContractVoIP Services

Commissions of 25% are paid on services we provide such as:
– DID’s
– Minute Packages
– Hosted Stations
– Cloud PBX

No Commissions are provided on the following:

– eFax
– Standard Fax
– Free CNAM
– Toll Free Traffic, unless it is sold as a prepaid minute package
– Minutes that are over what the minute package is
– International calling
